As Founder and President of HZM Consulting, Hady brings over 20 years of strategic portfolio project management and consulting experience to the table. His proven ability to engage in complex business project management strategies and diverse environments has empowered him to help a multitude of private and public sector clients with effective strategies.

Hady is an active member of several Montreal-based youth mentor programs and regularly supports the activities of AIESEC Canada. He is the proud recipient of 2017’s Harvard Business Review (HBR) project management article of the year.

Haissam is a well-versed IT professional with 25 years experience in IT development and enterprise architecture. He consistently demonstrates the capacity to deliver complex architecture solutions delivered in Agile and hybrid methodologies. Haissam has been involved in 200+ technology projects in the US and Canada throughout his career.

Haissam is also an active soccer player who has played competitively at college and is currently active in Little League to support children in the greater Montreal area.

Confident and accomplished are two ways to describe Geoffrey. With a wealth of relationship management and strategic project management delivery experience, he knows exactly how to lead clients’ implementation through in-depth planning and execution phases. Geoffrey’s ability to deliver and implement advisory services helps HZM Consulting’s clients succeed.  He is driven by a commitment to understanding every one of his client’s specific situations and needs.

Geoffrey is also an avid athlete and regularly participates in CrossFit local competitions around the province of Quebec.

Patrick Blandeau brings over 25 years of Project Management, Portfolio Management and Agile Coaching in various organizations in Canada and USA. Patrick is a Project Management Lecturer for 2 universities, including HEC Montréal.
He led several projects to transition from waterfall to Agile strategies, mastering lean methodologies, and applying the best change management strategies with a PROSCI framework. He participated in the PMI Montreal Chapter mentoring program for several years.

As the President of DC Services Conseils and training consultant for HZM consulting, Daniel has more than 25 years of project experience with major clients from Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Construction, Metals & Mining and Telecommunications.

Over the years, he’s interacted closely with many C-Suite executives bringing a different perspective to successfully execute complex initiatives. Rescuing projects from the brink of failure has been a specialty of his over the year. He also brings Lean-Agile expertise from different schools of teaching which enable a critical view of their strengths and weaknesses.

Utkal is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant and Project management professional from PMI having 20 years of extensive experience in the IT and ITeS industry. Experience across multiple domains including Entertainment, Hospitality, Banking and Mobile Accounting. Worked as a change agent helping teams and organizations embrace Agile methodology. Established Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and Center of Practice (CoP) at Enterprises. He completed Masters degree in International Business at Symbiosis University, Pune, India.

John has core competencies in strategy consulting, product development, business operations, talent management, partnerships and recruitment. His work experience thus far has been with early-stage technology companies and startups, leading to the development of leadership abilities, organizational skills, foresight in prioritization, the ability to communicate clearly, handle stress, manage projects and exhibit emotional intelligence. He completed his Undergraduate degree in International Business at the John Molson School of Business, and his MBA degree at HEC Montreal.

Ibrahim ElShafei is a seasoned expert in ITSM, IT GRC, and Agile methodologies with over 20 years of international experience. As the founder of ConformIT Pro, he specializes in digital transformation and managing large-scale projects, including work for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Holding an MBA from Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine universities, Ibrahim is certified as an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, SAFe Scrum Master, and ISO 20000 Practitioner. His expertise spans regulatory compliance (ISO 27000, ISO 22301), organizational change management, and the integration of AI in ITSM processes and IT governance. Fluent in both French and English, Ibrahim offers tailored solutions to optimize IT processes while ensuring compliance with international standards.
